Any bank accounts or credit cards not maintained by ClearPath must be reconciled and submitted by the 15th of each month. ClearPath cannot guarantee the accuracy of Quarterly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, tax reporting, or financial recommendations if reconciliations are incomplete or received after this deadline.
Additional Account Notification: If the Client opens, links, or connects any new bank account, credit card, loan, payment processor, or other financial account to QuickBooks Online or otherwise expects ClearPath to include it in bookkeeping services, the Client must notify ClearPath by email at info@cpateam.org as soon as the account is added. The Client is also responsible for providing all required bank or credit card statements for the new account. Additional accounts are subject to ClearPath's current monthly account fees and will not be reconciled or included in financial reporting until notification has been received, statements have been provided, and the account has been added to the Client's service plan.
Cancellation Policy: ClearPath subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month's subscription, the Client must submit a written cancellation request by email to info@cpateam.org no later than the 15th of the current month. Cancellations received after the 15th will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, and the following month's subscription fee will be charged. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees apply.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By purchasing or subscribing to any ClearPath Accounting service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of ClearPath's services constitutes acceptance of any applicable policies, procedures, and fees outlined in this agreement.
